When considering the timings for your booking, please factor in additional time for setting up and packing away. The calendar will only be made unavailable for others to book for the times you select so there could be other bookings on the same day either before or after depending on the timings of your event.
Once you have confirmed your booking and made payment online then you don’t need to do anything else. A week prior to your booking you will receive an email with access instructions and further information.
